FAQ

Depending on the provider, a doctor's prescription for medicinal products is required to cover the costs. Preventive services can be provided on a self-pay basis. We will advise you in advance about the options.

This depends on the diagnosis, duration of symptoms and training frequency. Functional improvement is often seen within 2-6 weeks. If you have tendon or chronic problems, it may take longer. We define interim goals and continually adapt the plan.

At the beginning, 1-2 appointments per week make sense. With increasing independence, gaps become larger. The total number depends on the objective, resilience and regulation.

Mild discomfort (e.g. up to 3/10) is tolerable during practice if it resolves within 24 hours. Severe pain, persistent swelling or loss of function indicate overuse - then we adjust the dosage.

Yes, exercise therapy can reduce pain and improve function. Regular strength and endurance training, weight management and joint stress in sensible doses are important. Passive measures are complementary.

Please bring any existing findings/prescriptions, a medication list and comfortable sports clothing with you. Plan time for assessment and learning the first exercises.
