FAQ

This is possible, but not always the case. The cervical spine provides important position information. If disturbed, dizziness and problems with gaze stability can occur. We check the cervical spine, balance and eye movements together in order to classify the proportion of the cervical spine in a well-founded manner.

Yes, somatosensory tinnitus can change with jaw or neck movements. Then targeted treatment of muscle and joint function as well as a CMD clarification is worthwhile. There is no guarantee that it will disappear completely, but the burden can often be reduced.

In addition to the anamnesis, we carry out balance and standing tests, positioning diagnostics, oculomotor checks and a functional examination of the cervical spine and jaw. If necessary, we coordinate ENT or neurological examinations.

That is individual. Many people notice improvements within a few weeks through regular exercise. In the case of chronic courses, we plan adjustments in intensity over several months. Transparent progress controls help to make progress measurable.

Only if there are warning signs, an atypical course or if the results actually change the therapy. In most cases, anamnesis and targeted clinical tests are sufficient.

You should not drive if you have acute vertigo, unsteady gait or vision problems. Talk to us or your doctor. With stable symptoms and successful therapy, driving is often possible again.

Some sufferers report relaxation effects. The evidence is heterogeneous. Such procedures can be used as a supplement, but do not replace medical diagnostics or nuclear therapy.

Gentle activation, regular breathing and balance exercises, good sleep hygiene and screen breaks. Avoid constant gentle behavior. If you have severe acute symptoms with warning signs, please seek medical advice immediately.
